Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme
Fibrecast is a registered supplier with the Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme (SBVS) which is providing eligible homes and businesses funding of up to £5000 to receive a broadband connection providing speeds of at least 30 Mbps.
You can check the eligibility of your home or business at https://www.scotlandsuperfast.com/
Please note that we are receiving a high volume of enquiries in relation to the SBVS and we are currently working to a 10 working day response time. Please do not call as our telephone operatives will be unable to assist as there is a specific team is responsible for dealing with SBVS enquiries. Click Here to contact us.
Single Residential Dwellings or Business Premise:
As of 11/01/2021 we are no longer accepting new customer orders for connections to our Wireless Broadband Network, instead focusing on building new Full Fibre Networks. Unfortunately this means that we are unlikely to be able to assist with individual premises as the economics of Full Fibre networks typically require multiple premises in order to be financially viable.
Projects – Multiple Residential Dwellings or Business Parks etc.
The Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme (SBVS) works best for areas that have a large aggregation of eligible properties within a reasonably small area, such as housing estates and business parks.
Where possible we are aiming to deploy Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) for projects with a minimum of 30-40 homes or businesses (the exact quantity of homes/businesses required will vary depending on the location due to costs).
Please contact us to discuss any potential projects that you may have, we’d be happy to provide advice in the first instance and if we believe we can assist we will look to proceed to deploying a solution.
