How the switch works

You give us details of your current broadband

We normally just need the company name and the surname on the account.

We reach out to your provider

Your current provider will contact you with any implications (early termination charges etc) applicable.

Installation & Activation

Engineers will attend if necessary to install the new broadband and get you up and running.

Farewell to your old broadband

Once your Fibrecast broadband is working, we alert your old provider and they cancel the old broadband.
