We collect information about you when you enter your details into our website in order to express an interest in our services.

If we currently cannot provide service to you at this present time, your details will be held on file so we can inform you of improved service availability in the future.

If you become a subscriber we will also collect other information in order to provide service such as notes in relation to installation of our equipment in your building and IP addresses assigned to your account. We do not receive, process or store any sensitive payment information such as bank account or credit card numbers on our servers – we use GoCardless and Stripe for Direct Debit and Card Payments respectively.

Disclosure

Fibrecast will only disclose relevant information about you to its employees or contractors to enable us to provide service to your building. We will not pass on your information to third parties without your consent, unless required to do so under legal or regulatory requirement.

Data Protection

Any information submitted to us is protected using industry standard methods ensuring data is securely transmitted to us over the internet and is stored in an encrypted format. While Fibrecast takes measures to protect your information we cannot guarantee the safety of your information you transmit to us using online methods.

We will never ask for your account password via email or telephone – please do not disclose your account details to anybody.

In order to improve the overall experience of visiting our website, we use a server-based log to collect anonymous information about our website visitors. This data is only used to generate statistical charts and will not be used in any other way.
